Refund Policy

Full refund — always

• You paid but the order was not delivered within the promised time
• The product is out of stock after payment
• The code we delivered turns out to be invalid or already used (verified on our side)

No refund

• The code was delivered and is valid — a revealed code cannot be resold
• The top-up was credited to the player ID you provided
• Your account region does not match the product region stated on the product page

How to request a refund

Reply in your order email thread or write to hello@buykstore.in with your order details. We respond within minutes during business hours (9:00–23:00 IST). Approved refunds are sent back the same way the payment was made, typically within 1–3 business days.
